1. General provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for the provision of services by Gendera Service, located at ul. Tysiąclecia 38, 62-002 Golęczewo, Poland. Using the company's services means accepting these Terms.
2. Scope of services
Gendera Service provides services in the following areas:
- Computer diagnostics of heavy vehicles
- Repair and regeneration of electronic controllers
- Mechanical service of heavy vehicles
- Sale of mechanical and electronic parts
- Technical consulting
3. Order acceptance
Service orders are placed by personally delivering the vehicle or controller to the company's premises, by phone or via the contact form on the website. Upon acceptance, the client receives confirmation with estimated completion time and approximate service cost.
4. Pricing and payment
Service quotation is free and non-binding. The final price is determined after diagnostics. Payment is due after service completion, before vehicle or controller release.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Card payment
5. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on ECU repair services from the date of service completion. The warranty covers defects resulting from improper repair. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, flooding, electrical surges and improper use.
6. Liability
Gendera Service is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the vehicle or controller after service, for hidden equipment defects not revealed during diagnostics, or for delays due to reasons beyond the company's control (e.g., waiting for spare parts).
7. Complaints
Complaints should be reported immediately upon discovering a defect, no later than 7 days after its discovery. Complaints can be filed in person, by phone or by email to biuro@gendera-service.pl. Complaints are processed within 14 business days of filing.
8. Vehicle/controller pickup
The client is required to pick up the vehicle or controller within 14 days of notification of service completion. After this period, a storage fee of PLN 50 per commenced day is charged.
9. Personal data protection
The rules for processing clients' personal data are defined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the Civil Code. Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved by the court competent for the seat of Gendera Service. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the website.
